Directions
① spray water over the compressed ball until it’s damp
② Warm in the steamer or microwave for 1 minute,
③ Let it sit for 1 minute until, test before applying it to the skin
④ Massage, tap, roll, or press gently on your body
⑤ After use let it cool down and dry naturally. Store in a plastic bag and place in the refrigerator to chill for further use. The herbal ball can be used 2-3 times after the first use.
